Worsley is a picturesque town famous for the Bridgewater canal, mock Tudor buildings, and Worsley Delph. Many people and families are drawn to Worsley for it period housing stock, scenic dog walks, great schools and cosy community feel.
The have lived in the house for over ten years. The original kitchen was very small and did not meet there needs. They embarked on a extension to the back of the property to house the kitchen/dinning area, and a renovation of the garage to house the utility room and a new large toilet/shower room. The owners opted for the Neptune’s Cactus for the for the cupboards and cabinets in the kitchen and utility room and Little Green equivalent Slaked Lime for the Dresser unit, these colours compliment each other and have created the perfect balance of classic and chic is a lovely spacious kitchen.
A hand painted finish was the only option for the beautifully crafted handmade kitchen.

Preparation
The correct preparation and materials are vital to the process involved in painting a handmade kitchen. The bare wood is sanded, sealed and re sanded before applying a primer, depending on the colour will depend on the number of coats of primer and topcoat. It is crucial that all the gaps, screw holes and other imperfections made during fitting are filed, sanded and sealed before the paint is applied.
